Prices on this site

Price ranges on this website are typical ranges for the Birmingham area and are not quotes. Your price depends on the equipment, the failure, access and the time of the call. We give you the price for your job before any work starts.

Service calls

Service is scheduled by phone. Work begins only after you approve the price. Calls outside normal hours may cost more, and we tell you that cost before a technician heads out.

Forwarded calls

Zeltman Heating & Air runs its own heating and air conditioning service. On rare occasions when every one of our technicians is already committed, we may forward a call to another qualified local HVAC company so the caller is not left waiting. That company is independent of us, sets its own prices and terms, and is responsible for its own work. You can always choose to wait for us instead.

Safety

If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside before calling us. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get everyone outside and call 911.
