Call Zeltman Heating & Air any hour

• The address, and the nearest cross street if the house is hard to find.
• What the system is doing: warm air, no heat, water, noise, a smell or an error code.
• When it started, and whether anything changed, like a storm, a power outage or a new thermostat.
• The brand and rough age of the equipment if you know it. The sticker on the outdoor unit usually has both.
• Whether anyone in the home is especially at risk from heat or cold.

If you smell gas, leave the house first and call Spire or 911 from outside. If a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get everyone outside and call 911. Then call us.

On the hottest and coldest days every one of our technicians can be committed at once. When that happens we tell you honestly when we can get there. If you cannot wait, we may forward your call to another qualified local HVAC company, which sets its own prices and terms. You can always choose to wait for us instead.
