Who we are

This website belongs to Zeltman Heating & Air LLC, 5118 15th Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35212. You can reach us at (659) 777-4129.

What we collect

This website has no contact forms and no account sign-ups, so it does not ask you to type in personal information. When you call us, we note what you tell us so we can do the job: your name, the service address, a phone number and what the system is doing.

Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Third-party services on this site

Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. The map on our contact page only loads from Google Maps if you click to show it. This site does not run advertising trackers.

How we use information

We use the details you give us on the phone to schedule, perform and follow up on your service, and to keep a record of the work for future visits. We do not sell your information.

If every one of our technicians is committed and you agree to have your call forwarded to another local HVAC company, the details you give that company are handled under its own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (659) 777-4129. We may need to keep some records for legal or accounting reasons.

Changes

We may update this statement when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
